If technology doesn't seem like magic, it's probably obsolete
I'm finding less time to update my blog these days, but my flickr photostream is often updated.
When I was getting my lunch today I spotted this 'meal alternative nutrition
bar'. Apparently it is 'great tasting'. I'll let you know once I've built up enough energy to eat
something that is only going to give me 2 carbs back! Don't get concerned that I've moved over to
some wack diet, though. Hearty food consumption is my mainstay. :-)

I work for moviebank, usually at the Stockbridge shop. The branch at Newington closed but if you go to either Broughton St, Stockbridge or Dalry and explain that you were a customer there then you get your money transferred and £10 credit for free for all the hassle. The Tollcross branch is run by another franchise owner so not sure about that one... The Broughton branch is easily the best with a huge back catalogue and all the new releases, plus tons of indie/arthouse. As for being a rip-off the staff are usually very accommodating and there are no late fees charged, all you need to do is pop in between 2-10pm and talk with one of us and we'll put your balance back to zero so you don't lose out on any money if it's in the red. That said, I was member of Alphabet before I worked here and it is pretty damn good, I miss old video-shops like that.

Hazel, Martino, you are in my hometown! I am sure you had a superb time in Madrid. I took Eric there and we didn't get to sleep much - its that kind of town! The photos look awesome and you and Hazel look very loved up (love that)! ;)
