Yeah, my Mum has the very same model too, and I'm sure she won't replace it until it breaks. On the other hand, I've had a Nokia 3330 for at least three years, and am perfectly happy with it. If it works, and you like it, why change?

Lindsay -- I don't think my parents fear change, but it 'just worked' so there was no need to replace it. The model my mum had didn't have faceplate changing available. You Americans and your fancy wotsits. ;-)
Kirsten -- only one you have a colour screen, camera, MP3 player, Web browser ... do you realise just how much you did really need those functions all along. ;-) My mum has already sent eight picture messages.
