Flat Under Offer

After just over two weeks on the market, my flat closed yesterday and I got an offer I wanted to accept. In all there were about 35 groups of viewers over the two weeks, creating 11 notes of interest which turned into 8 bids. The surveyor was going to go this morning, so I'm currently waiting for purification of the offer! No Champagne has been opened yet, though. January 19th is looking like a better date for that.

I work for moviebank, usually at the Stockbridge shop. The branch at Newington closed but if you go to either Broughton St, Stockbridge or Dalry and explain that you were a customer there then you get your money transferred and £10 credit for free for all the hassle. The Tollcross branch is run by another franchise owner so not sure about that one... The Broughton branch is easily the best with a huge back catalogue and all the new releases, plus tons of indie/arthouse. As for being a rip-off the staff are usually very accommodating and there are no late fees charged, all you need to do is pop in between 2-10pm and talk with one of us and we'll put your balance back to zero so you don't lose out on any money if it's in the red. That said, I was member of Alphabet before I worked here and it is pretty damn good, I miss old video-shops like that.

Oh yeah, we also sell ice-cream!!!
