As reported a few weeks back, Janice and her husband Dylan are doing the Loony Dook (swimming in the Firth of Forth on the 1st of January) in aid of the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association as their daughter Ellie has Prader-Willi Syndrome.
Please give generously. You need to be very foolish brave to take the challenge, and it is for an extremely worthwhile cause.
