Last night after running in -2C, my hair froze into this position and I had to pull pieces of ice from it. My gloves had frost on them too. Why didn\'t I join a gym???

I was at Escape, but I wasn't using it so I left. I've been swithering about joining another gym, but decided I couldn't justify the cost given the amount of street running I do. The weather normally doesn't bother me too much, and the only thing about last night was the frost and cold slowed me down as I was being a bit more cautious.
